What are your deep cleaning operating hours?A: You can contact us at any time. Our cleaning teams work Monday to Friday. First cleans can start from 7:00am and the last clean starting from 5:00pm.

How long will the clean take?A: This depends on the size and state of the property. It's usually best to leave a full 12 hours of access.

Do you get rid of tough carpet stains?A: We provide a basic carpet cleaning service and our team treat the most obvious stains. There will be occasions where our team are unable to get rid of tough carpet stains. Our team will try, within the allocated service time, to reduce appearance of any tough stains. You can book a professional carpet clean too which is an extra service.

Do I have to pay for parking fees or congestion charges?A: Our team will always strive to search for free parking or routes around the congestion charge zone, but where this is impossible customers will be asked to cover these costs.
